Administrative Clerk – Import/Export

We are looking for an Administrative Clerk (Import/Export) to join our team.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Managing import-export operations within the EU and outside the EU
  • Handling transport and delivery documentation for Italy and abroad
  • Requesting quotes and estimates from freight forwarders
  • Managing delivery notes and customs documentation
  • Entering data and using the company’s management software
  • Issuing and checking orders/invoices for Italy, EU, and non-EU countries

Mandatory Skills and Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Basic knowledge of administrative procedures
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with ERP/management software

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in the industry
  • Knowledge of a second language: German or French (B1/B2 level)

Personal and Behavioral Characteristics:

  • Proactive attitude, autonomy, and sense of responsibility in one’s role
  • Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail

Workplace: On-site at our headquarters in Figino Serenza (Como).

Contract and Compensation: Employment contract according to the CCNL Commercio-Terziario as a 4th level clerk. Permanent contract offered after a trial period. Both part-time and full-time options available. Salary will be commensurate with actual experience in the role.
