Founder and CEO of Perfetto Interiors, with over 16 years of experience in the industry, he grew first as a technician and then as a sales manager, developing a unique vision in his field. His passion for excellence is reflected in every project. When he is not at work, he is discovering new wines or enjoying the ski slopes, immersing himself in enriching experiences. A life lived with intensity and curiosity.
Francesca Gatti
Founder of Perfetto Interiors along with Cesare, she is passionate about the operational management of projects, coordinating every stage from acquisition to delivery. Her meticulous approach and commitment are the key to the success of each realization. When she is not at work and busy with her family, you will find her on a board (snowboarding or surfing), always ready to live each adventure with energy.
Patrizia Petracchini
Sunny and dynamic, she always brings a great deal of professionalism and experience. She handles shipping and procurement for the projects. When she is not at work, she is a loving mother of two little girls and loves spending her time with family and friends. Her energy and smile make every moment special. A person who knows how to balance commitment and joie de vivre.
Martina Andrea Barbieri
He joined Perfetto Interiors from the beginning, bringing with him solid experience in the manufacturing industry and a natural curiosity. Her technical skills and learning spirit enrich every project. When she is not in the office, you will find her on the tennis court, where she expresses herself with the same determination and passion she puts into her work.
Lorenzo Ronchetti
Dynamic, young and energetic, Lorenzo Ronchetti is one of the fresh forces on our team. As Senior Project Manager, he brings enthusiasm and precision to project management, helping to ensure high-quality solutions.
With a creative mind and strong problem-solving skills, Lorenzo faces every challenge with determination, just as he does in his great passion for music: a drummer in his spare time, he finds in rhythmics the perfect balance between method and instinct. A lover of good food, he has a weakness for oriental cuisine, always looking for new flavors and inspirations.
Andrea Frigerio
With a background in industrial design and a passion for technology, he joins Perfetto Interiors as site manager, where he precisely coordinates installations and ensures flawless organization. His attention to detail is the key to his success in the field. When he is not in the office, you will find him aboard a ship or, if not there, traveling the world riding his motorcycle.
Barbara Borghi
With 17 years of experience in the cruise sector, Barbara manages all the details of travel and much of the contractual and operational documentation, supporting the technical team in project preparation and management. Her warm and inclusive spirit makes even the busiest days feel lighter… and if you don’t find her in the office, you might catch her in a mindfulness session, regaining focus to tackle the next challenges.
Alessandro Ferrari
A mechanical engineer with more than two decades of management experience, he has held leadership roles in several companies and as managing director in a multinational corporation. A third partner in Perfetto Interiors, he contributes to the company's success by managing the organization and back-office administrative matters. An avid golfer, he is often found perfecting his swing on the green.
