Senior Project Manager
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our operations team, responsible for coordinating and managing interior design and contract projects from planning through to final implementation and installation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full management of projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordination between clients, technical teams, production, suppliers, logistics, and installation teams.
- Monitoring project progress and promptly managing any issues that may arise.
Mandatory Skills and Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing complex projects, preferably in the interior design, contract, furniture, yachting, or hospitality sectors.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Good command of English and the ability to independently manage projects.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with international projects and/or in the cruise, yacht, hospitality, or luxury interiors sectors.
- Knowledge of project management tools and project documentation management.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
Personal and Behavioral Skills:
- Dynamism, autonomy, accuracy, and a strong sense of responsibility in managing assigned projects.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a strong team-oriented approach, and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel, including internationally, according to project requirements.
- Valid passport allowing entry into countries such as the USA, Canada, Singapore, and other critical destinations, with sufficient remaining validity.
- Active operational involvement, not solely a managerial role.
Work Location: On-site at our headquarters in Figino Serenza (Como), with possible travel to various construction sites and ships in Italy and worldwide.
