Furniture/Contract Technician

We are looking for a Field Service Technician with specific expertise in the naval, civil, and furniture/contract sectors to join our team.

Main responsibilities include:

• Providing technical support in the definition and procurement of materials and services required for project execution
• Ensuring strict control over quality, timelines, and costs
• Coordinating work activities, including on-site presence when required, mainly abroad (approximately one to two weeks per project) in various shipyards and construction sites worldwide

Mandatory Skills and Requirements:

• High availability to travel frequently in Italy and abroad (worldwide), with a valid European passport
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1/C2 level)
• Technical knowledge of civil and mechanical design
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD software

Preferred Skills:

• Technical diploma or degree (architecture, engineering, or equivalent)
• Previous work experience in the furniture/contract sector
• Knowledge of a second language: German or French (B1/B2 level)

Personal and Behavioral Characteristics:

• Proactivity, autonomy, and a strong sense of responsibility in managing one’s tasks
• Flexibility in working hours to achieve project objectives within required deadlines

Workplace: On-site at our headquarters in Figino Serenza (Como), with frequent business trips to various shipyards and construction sites worldwide.

Contract and Compensation: Employment under the CCNL Commercio-Terziario as a 4th level clerk, with a permanent contract after a 6-month trial period. Salary will be commensurate with proven industry experience.
